It lathers differently from a classic sudsy gel. With a loofah or exfoliating net, we achieved a soft, milky foam, but with just hands it often felt more like a creamy film than big bubbles. It still cleanses effectively, but if you equate cleanliness with heavy foam, you may find the lather underwhelming.

We found the hydration to be pleasantly long-lasting for a rinse-off product. Skin stayed soft and comfortable for hours, and several testers with normal-to-dry skin skipped body lotion without feeling itchy or tight. Very dry skin still benefited from an added cream, especially in winter.
