Longevity is generally impressive for a powder foundation. We also had success using a damp sponge to press the powder over stubborn discoloration as a spot concealer. Shade and undertone are where this otherwise polished formula shows its limitations. The core range spans fair through tan, with descriptions that lean heavily into warm and olive undertones. In practice, our fair and light testers with cool or neutral undertones often found even the palest shades a touch too yellow or, in some cases, noticeably orange against the neck and chest.

Medium and tan shades fared better on warm, golden, or light olive complexions, blending seamlessly and even doubling as a soft bronzer for some. However, there’s a clear gap for very deep skin tones and those with pronounced pink, rosy, or blue undertones. If you’re used to hunting for “porcelain cool” or “deep neutral” shades, this compact simply doesn’t go there.

Our advice: if you sit comfortably in the fair-to-tan, warm-leaning spectrum, you’re more likely to find a flattering match. If you’re on the cooler or deeper ends, you may be better served by pairing this as a finishing powder over a perfectly matched liquid base rather than relying on it as your sole foundation. The formula is beautiful—but like many prestige powders, its artistry is constrained by its shade map.
